If you have ever used Satake Lead glass you know how soft this glass is. Your normal ventilation is just fine when using lead glass.
When using this glass be sure to use a cooler flame and watch the glass because it will melt like butter and end up on your table.
Transparent lead has a COE of 96
Opaque lead glass has a COE of103
Remember to use stainless steel for your tools and you will have very little sizzling. Lead glass dislikes graphite.
Anneal this glass between 850 -900 degrees.
